The restoration of this 165-year-old Norwegian-German farmstead was inspired by the great bones and natural elegance of the structures situated on the stunning landscape. They were built to not only endure the challenges of nature with the passing of seasons and years but also to take advantage of the beauty offered from every window and doorway. In the end, as only the fourth owners, our commitment was to the farmstead, enhancing, not erasing the physical record of those who came before us to this lovely piece of history.
